Announcements Meet your Officers!Inland Section Officer Biographies
Mr. Lara- Hello members of the BEST SECTION IN THE STATE! My name is Lee Lara, your Inland Section director and FBLA Adviser for twenty-one years. I enjoy spending my spare time with my beautiful family, playing computer games, golf, and traveling the world. I look forward to a successful year with all of you! Cameron- Hey Inland Members! My name is Cameron Khansarinia and I am thrilled to serve as your President this year! When I’m not stressing over my IB/AP assignments, writing a Californian article, or presenting a workshop, I like to do many things. First I love being around my family and hanging out with friends, I love jet-skiing, fishing, and hunting at the river in Missouri. I also enjoy skiing, playing with my two German Sheppards, and playing Tennis, for Centennial and USTA. Wow, this is really getting to sound like a eHarmony ad… Anyways, I look forward to meeting you all this year, and let’s “Transform Tomorrow” by making this year the best it can be for Inland Section, and making all the other sections jealous!
Dylan- Hi everyone! My Name is Dylan Cheng and I will be a senior attending Ruben S. Ayala High School. I love to take long walks on the beach, taking everlasting warm baths with fruit scented candles in the dark, and playing basketball. It’s always great to make new friends so if you ever see me make sure you say hello!
Adrienne- Hey Inland! This is Adrienne Denges, Vice President of Communications for 2011-2012. I am currently attending Centennial High School as an IB Diploma candidate. I have been in FBLA for nearly five years, and had the opportunity to serve as a Partner with Leaders for the section last year. I enjoy playing guitar and piano, and love to watch baseball! I look forward to working with you all this year. Best of luck to everyone!
Sarah- Hey guys! I’m Sarah Shin, a senior at Rancho Cucamonga High School and I am looking forward to serving as your next Inland Section Secretary. I have been an active member since freshman year and I have climbed ranks and become the president of my chapter. I enjoy making my own clothes and watching and reading Harry Potter. I look forward to networking with the Inland Section and hope to activate more middle level chapters for the coming year.
Yvonne- Perhaps the shortest member of the Inland Officer Team at five feet, I serve as your 2011-2012 Historian. I enjoy FBLA because I have learned all about the business community. It also gives me an excuse to wear high heels, network, and listen to interesting keynote speakers. Besides being an active member in FBLA, I am also a hula dancer and involved in debate. I enjoy the constant Californian sun, traveling around the world, reading good books, and tripping over flat surfaces whenever possible. My favorite activities include walking her dog, talking on the phone, and obsessing over Harry Potter.
Danielle- I have been a member of FBLA for four years. My leadership experience includes Vice President of Social Activities and President at Letha Raney Intermediate School and treasurer at Santiago High School. Danielle am very excited to be the new Inland Section Parliamentarian and president of my local FBLA chapter. In my spare time, I enjoy theatre, writing, and cooking.
Jasmine- As a sophomore in high school, I love to play tennis, hangout with friends, and of course, be in FBLA. In my free time I like to sew or go on the computer. I love to make new friends from all over and FBLA has helped me create bonds that will last a lifetime. When I grow up, I hope to become a business woman dealing with international business and traveling the world. An interesting fact about me would probably be that I like playing video games whenever I get the chance to. My life has just begun and I can't wait for the years to come.
Allison- My name is Allison Fong, and I am thrilled to serve as one of your 2011-2012 Partner with Leaders. I am an incoming junior at Centennial High School, as well as an International Baccalaureate Diploma Candidate. My interests include traveling and reading, and I consider myself a Harry Potter aficionado. As a FBLA member for the past three years, I greatly look forward to working with everyone this year!
